Classy Gates fails to rectify problems

Classy Gates manufactured a metal-framed wooden pedestrian gate for my home but I have had many problems with it. The gate sticks, the wood was untreated, the hinges are small and have already started to rust and - worst of all - one of the gate posts was installed upside down, so it is open at the top and closed at the bottom and collects water. After a number of calls, the company came and treated the wood but promised to return to rectify the other issues the following day, and has made a number of appointments over the past three months but not kept one of them. Avoid this company if you can!
