Bad Service

I went to the Classy Cutz Salon in N1 16 April 2025 for a mani & pedi with gel paint. After not even 3 daysmy gel started to peel by Wed 23 April ( a week later) I had started to peel the rest of the gel from my nails. Contacted the store and spoke to the manager Quad who apologized profusely and offered a redo of my nails. Now that I am trying to confirm the appointment I am not getting replies on my messages or calls.
