I went to meet with Celeste Rathbone, who supplies decor for functions, I paid a deposit of R8,000 and was given the run around for about 2 months, where she couldn't meet me, or didn't return my calls, or emails, <br> My last correspondence with her was that she would pitch up at the venue on the day of my wedding and set up as we had discussed, SHOCK HORROR, she never pitched!!!<br> She ignored all my calls after that, never responded to my emails, and has subsequently not had the decency to refund my my deposit!<br> DO NOT USE this woman or her company, she is a *****!!!<br> Always giving you another story why she can't meet you, or why she didn't return your calls or emails!!!<br> I just want my deposit back!!!
