Horrible everything

Totally a horrible place to eat at, you have to wait super long just for a waiter to come to your table, I literally had to go to the front counter to ask for a waiter because no one was coming to us, and when I asked for a waiter I was rudely ignored and evenly one of the other workers came to us to ask us if someone took our order yet, we then ordered and specifically asked for 2 chicken burger specials and we even made sure by the waiter that, that special is 109 each And she confirmed yes, we then wait a entire hour to the point where we had to ask the waiter when we will be getting our food, she then says that it's almost done and that she will be it out shortly, after another few minutes of waiting she comes back to us saying they don't have enough chicken patties and that she can only give us 2 chicken burgers for the one special and two beef patties for the second special, this was sooo disappointing because we waited so long now we had to get something else, but we said it was fine, she bought the food after another few minutes after, the waiter never bought us any serviettes and knifes and forks so I literally had to call her and ask for all of that, and then when we were done eat we waited and waited for the waiter to bring our bill but the waiter never did so we decided to stand up and pay at the counter, and then when we got at the counter the owner of the company rand our bill up for the two specials which suppose to be R218 but instead he said it was R260 we then asked him why it was now a totally different price to what was advertised and then he says that we took drinks also but on the ad it shows that the drinks are included with the meal, then when we told him his ad shows that it's included he has the rude attitude with us and tells us it's not and his attitude was just utterly horrible because he could just explained it to us in a nice way because after all we were customers of him and that was no way to treat a customer, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone it's horrible and the food is definitely not worth it at all.
