Bad food service

On entering, waited about 10 min for somebody to clear the table. Food took forever to arrive. When it did, it was cold. There were no serviettes or tomato sauce available. The basic restaurant items. Also no brown bread available, they ran out. Staff was non chalant and basically rude. Ignoring my request for tomato sauce while busy in their phones. All in all....a real terrible experience with terrible food.
