NO REFUND

I would like to convey my bad experience with them. I ordered a duvet set about 2 months ago, send it back and still waiting on my refund. I phoned and emailed them twice a week and everytime they had a different excuse or story. What can I do to just get my REFUND???? I dealt with Ashmeetah, the sales lady.
