The builder or owner or doctor promised to get approval from the council in days time because he said he knows people in Council. So I paid 60% of construction cost in December 2020 but till date the plan has not been approved yet hence we directly communicated with his architect (since his engineer ran away because builder does not pay him properly) and came to know that he knows nobody at the council and also builder asked his architect to draw the plan using cheap materials. Initially builder promised to obtain all neighbors signatures on our behalf but later builder made it my responsibility. Most importantly builder keeps asking extra money over and above the committed amount. We now filed the civil case against the builder.
