No promises, just over-delivering

Five days ago I checked in two pairs of sandals with Classique Cleaners in Midstream that were unusable as the velcro heel strap on each sandal was not functioning and I was tired of replacing them endlessly. I brought along 4 plastic clip buckles to replace the velcro. I was unsure if the laundry / alterations / shoe repair shop could or would tackle this redesign of my sandals. The chap, who I assume is the owner / manager, looked at the items, listened to my story, then said he would see what they could do. I collected the sandals today (there was a weekend between too). They have been perfectly repaired and remodelled, but here is the five star service. The buckles I supp**** did not fit. The staff sourced the correct size, used them, and returned my 4 in the package! They just got the job done without any bother, at a price that seems like a give-away. My people of the month - well done Classique Cleaners, Midstream!
