Last year I was planning a 50th surprise birthday party for my brother which was going to happen on the 3 July 2021. I got in touch with Lucile from Classic Touch events who was going to do the party for me. She charged me 10500 for the whole event. I paid a deposit of R5000 in her bank account end of May 2021. A few weeks after the deposit was paid there was rumors' going around that the president was going to give speech and he was going to lock the country down due to the death rate in covid. I told Lucile about this and asked if if this happens will I get my full deposit back. She rep**** lets wait and see what the presidents says first. The president gave his speech and as the rumors' was he locked the country down. I asked Lucile for the deposit back as we could not have the event anymore. She told me she had purchased some stuff for the event already despite me telling her of the rumors she still went ahead and bought stuff. I didn't make a fuss. She told me she will send me the receipt of the stuff she bought and give me the stuff and the balance of the money that was left. I was going to take the stuff and use it at home but she then went on by telling me I must wait she has a function coming up and she will speak to the person and see what she wants and maybe she can use that stuff and give me back my money. Time went and I had to keep asking her for feedback. She then started giving me sad stories. Three months past now she says I must take the stuff or she can give me a voucher how do i take stuff after 3 months sitting in her freezer. After a while she offered to pay me from her salary she deposited R2000 to me and then every month she had a problem she other got ****** or she never get her bonus. Until this day this woman has not sent me my balance of R3000 I trusted her with this function and money thinking she would do the right thing and give me back my full R5000 as I sent it to her but she is full of lies and she is a manipulator. I would not recommend her company to anyone she rips people off at least she ripped me off. I still need my money though. She blocked me from watsapp and me calling her cause I keep asking her for my money.
