Classic Shirts Pathetic Customer Service

I ordered 2 springbok rugby shirts online from this business. Somehow the order got changed to 3 shirts which I paid for without noticing. In order to cancel the one and get a refund I tried in vain to inform Classic Shirts on their webpage, via email and via WhatsApp on numerous occasions but were greeted with absolutely no response. I have also informed them with the order and numerous times thereafter that I needed the shirts by 4/10/23 as we will be leaving for France on 5/10/23. The shirts were advertised with a special discounted price and it was therefore assumed that the shirts are immediately available. To my astonishment I got an email from Classic Shirts after 6 days to inform me that they have found a supplier for the shirts! Then 7 days later they inform me. Via email that the shirts are on the way to “sunny South Africa. Then 7 days later they inform me it arrived in “our beloved country” but need to go through custom clearance. I again as with every other notice from them requested if we will get them in time but every time received absolutely no response. My opinion is that this firm *****ulently advertised discounted shirts that they did not had and then purported to get them from outside the country to explain the delay in supply. The obviously do not care about their clients as they do not have the courtesy to respond even once to any form of request offered on their website
