Wrong size sent, begging for exchange or refund, no feedback

Ordered Newcastle shirt 25 Oct 2022, received it beginning of December, didn't fit, ordered a size bigger, it came a month later, fits the same as the other 1, then ordered a bigger size, received it last week, only to find out its the same size that was previously sent. Also bare in mind I had to pay R100 extra for shipping when the refund was done. Been communicating with them since last week for a refund but no response via email or whatsapp. Worst service I have ever experienced.
