Won’t recommend to go through all the trouble

Had a subpar experience with this company. Placed my shirt order in late October with a promised maximum delivery time of 20 days. However, even after exactly 20 days, my shirt hasn't arrived. Attempts to reach them via email or WhatsApp were futile; they remain unresponsive. Additionally, their habit of abruptly ending phone calls adds to the frustration. Despite wanting to support local businesses, this experience feels more like a **** than a legitimate business operation.
