Violation of consumer rights

Placed an order with this pathetic company with a horandus service on the 22nd of January, and everything had been going well as I was being updated via email about the progress of my order. I was notified that my order had reached South Africa and it will take a week for customs to clear it. They updated my order details on the website by saying that my order is with The Courier Guy, of which it was not because I called the delivery company. They do not respond to messages, emails, dms and they delete comments on their instagram page. They continue positing even with such a bad service. This business should halted from operating.
