Service is shocking!

I placed an order on 29th of January 2024 and was shocked that after payment I could not reach these people with regard to confirmation of order. I felt ****med as I could not reach the merchant on any contact details on their website. After a lot of back and forth trying to track the merchant down via my bank and Peach payments, I eventually got in contact with support clearly stipulating printing on the kit (This was previously an option on placing of order) My order eventually arrived incomplete i.e. no printing per request. I am very dissapointed in the service. It is a pity as it appears this company can arrange kits that are difficult to source but sadly I will no longer be trusting them with my future orders. I see other reviews, the consumer has experienced same issue as me, so evidently clear that there are red flags here with this company.
