Order not fulfilled - gone quiet!

Placed an order as a grift for a child on 25 November. Received 2 emails. Shirt has been sourced and on way to South Africa. 2nd email saying it arrived in South Africa going through customs. 13 December. No further communication except email stating website down to load shedding issues. Contact phone number given on email - on automated voicemail - no response to SMS's sent to this number. Obviously I have been ****med - however the child was looking forward to his outfit - it is more than just money lost!!!!
