****mers - Do not buy from Classic Shirts SA

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a kids Portugal away kit for my grandson for his birthday in March, paid R698, still haven't received and when questioned as to why my order has been sitting at SA customs since 12 April when using the tracking system they respond on the WhatsApp number that they don't know why and only when I threatened to exposed them they bothered to send a message. When I asked for a refund they went very quiet with no reply. They are definitely ****mers and should not be allowed to advertise or post on any platform. I am following them so that when they post I can earn people not to buy! What can be done about this company as there seems to be no accountability for taking our money!!!!
