I wouldn't bother with this business

Ordered two Man United Away 2022/2023 shirts.

I was kept up to date with delivery and the shirts were delivered in the time expected.

The shirts did not fit, ordered a large and medium and both were too small. The material was cheap and i can't confirm this but when compared to our authentic Man U shirt it was clear this was not authentic. The colors were also off compared to the original design.

When i wanted to return the items for a refund i whatsapp'd, emailed and sent a message through their website form with no response over 7 days. At my whits end I commented on an Instagram post saying their business was a ****. I got a passive-aggressive DM back - I was just excited to get a response!

When i explained my frustration the responder said they assumed their WhatsApp was down and they would inform the manager. They then informed me i had to organise my own courier to return the items, they would then assess them and process the refund if everything was fine.

Long story short i paid for a courier, cost around R200 (they do not specify anywhere that you have to pay for the return), one week after the courier delivered the shirts i still hadn't heard a thing. I messaged them on Instagram countless times and finally they confirmed they received the shirts, assessed them, and processed the refund.

My summary: The business is VERY, VERY poorly run but not a ****. They are only contactable on Instagram, don't bother with other channels. However, the shirts i received were not authentic although they claim they are.
