Ensure you pay with Mastercard if you want to get your money back. They do not respond to refund requests.

This business is a total ****. I wish I had looked on Hello Peter before ordering. They were very efficient when I first placed the order and even showed on their site that the item had been collected by the courier company. To date I have never received this order that I placed in January 2023. I have requested a refund and get no reply. Good to note is that if you use a Mastercard to pay you can request your bank does a chargeback - there are fees deducted, but at least you recover most of the money.
