Communication is key to a successful business, Classic Shirts ZA has none...

Classic Shirts ZA online was the only place I had found a cricket shirt that I was looking for. I dutifully placed the order and on the 18th September. Please note that I was aware that not all stock is kept on hand and sometimes product needs to arrive from overseas. I was very happy with this scenario. The shirt apparently arrived in South Africa on the 7th October. wow, what great service so far. Little did I realize that was the end of the honeymoon phase of our relationship. As of today, the 28th November, I have not received my shirt. My biggest gripe however is the fact that you cannot ever get hold of anyone from Classic Shirts ZA (Email, WhatsApp, Messenger). Absolutely no response for the last month and a bit. A little communication goes a long way. Very disappointed.
