Classic shirt

On the 17 September 2022, I placed an order for FC Barcelona Away Vapor Match Sponsor Version Shirt 2022-23 - Extra Large. The shipping method was local shipping (14 - 39 days). Received my order on the 18 October 2022. Order 2968.

With excitement on receipt of my shirt, I noticed that the Extra Large is not the fitting extra large. I then called the company to enquire about the size. I spoke to the owner and apologised for the incovenienced that they caused. he asked me to send him my measurement, which I did on the same which is the 18 October 2022. he promised that they will place an order and will charge me half the price of the original price I paid which was R998.00. He then responded saying that he will ask his team to check for me and the communication from then was their WhatsApp line. I sent a message on the 19, 21 and 24 October to follow up on the update. he responded on the 24 Otober to say that they have ordered and are waiting for the arrival. I then made a follow up on the 25, 27 and 30 November, there was no respond.

This year on the 22 January, I made a follow up again and received a response on Monday, 23 January. In his response, he said he does not have an idea what is about. I then updated him of the order and our chat since I received the shirt. His follow up response was what is the issue with the order and made reference to our previous chat. He then said he does not know what is wrong with the shirt and that I ordered it incorrectly.

I informed him that I will report him and also to the social media of how he operate his business which I think it is not good and taking advantage of his clients.
