Anxious but satisfied customer

I did receive my order in about 3 weeks. Initially I was relatively relaxed with the regular updates but then more than a week passed after one the updates. I got a bit worried after reading about others experiences. The physical address seems to be bogus, and there is no response on the WhatsApp number, except for an automated message. So unless they become more responsive and accessible to customers, I won't do business with them again. They don't sell cheap items so they should understand that people get anxious and worried when parting with their money.
