Classic Restoration - where to NOT have your vehicle repaired

Contracted with this company to restore my horsebox. They did a shocking job. Horsebox was returned with long bolts sticking out the body work, incomplete interior finishing, a broken window, a broken jockey wheel, no security tape around the box, incomplete panelbeating. I paid them (mistake) as they said they were coming back. I have given them two months since they dropped it off, to come and repair the outstanding work, but they make promises and never pitch up. A terrible and very disappointing experience.
