Worst service ever!!

<p>We made use of Classic Removals to move our Furniture from Pretoria to Cape Town. After signing the agreement and paying in full they picked up our furniture on the 24th of November. I read the clause in the agreement mentioning that their might be delays for unforseen circumstances and that they might transport more than one customer's load on a truck. Be aware, this is the loop hole they use for their delaying tactics! Before they came to fetch my load I was repeatedly assured by Jessica that my furniture would be in Cape Town by the 30th of November. Taking into account that they loaded my furniture on the 24th, it is fair to say that they had more than enough time till the 30 th. TODAY IS THE 6th OF DECEMBER, 17HOO AND STILL NO FURNITURE! We are still being deceived and misled by Jessica every day. Telling us that she'll come back to us or let the driver give us a call. We are still waiting in vain. She refuses to give out any manager or owner's number. What was most disturbing is that on the 3rd while waiting for our load to arrive any minute, Jessica informed us that our furniture is still in Joburg. She came up with petty excuses about ouside contractors not being on time. As if their "logistical manager" had no awareness of the load going nowhere, still stuck in Joburg. I got help from a source informing me that my load is first going to East London then PE and only then to Cape Town. Jessica never informed me about this detour. Please be aware if you make use of this company, there will be no communication, no planning and they absolutely don't give a damn for their customers. They'll take your money with a smile with no delivery as promised. No code of ethics whatsoever. On their website they brag about all their staff members having no ******** record. Well my father's words stuck with me throug the years - lying and deceiving is just as good as cheating...I think I would'very been better off using railway to transport my load... If anybody are willing in helping to expose this removal company, kindly advice us on how to go about. </p>
