They really dont care!

I booked Classic Removals to deliver furniture from Jhb to a holiday house in Plettenberg Bay. As was advised, the driver contacted me to say that he was in Jeffrey's Bay and would deliver in Plett at 8pm. I said that this was not possible as there was no one at the house. Without any further contact the furniture was then taken to CT and apparently will be delivered in 2 weeks time! As the house has been let to paying guests it is a huge problem that there is no lounge furniture. All attempts to get a response from them by mail or phone have failed. I would not recommend using Classic Removals as they really don't care.
