Terrible service

As you are aware I booked my furniture to be collected in Mooi River and taken to Johannesburg in July already. In August / September 50% deposit was paid into Classic Removals bank account.<br> <br> I have been contacting Classic Removals for several weeks now trying to determine a collection time for my goods.<br> <br> Originally, good were supposed to be collected on 1 December, but receiving a call from Classic Removals the date was changed to 30 November. Still I waited for a confirmation on a collection time.<br> <br> My furniture along with a colleagues furniture was supposed to be collected today between 09:00-10:00 but after receiving an email informing us at 08:00 that the truck needed to have breaks replaced we were going to have to wait until lunch time. Furniture was loaded at 00:30. Managers don't return calls and phoning the company every half hour to speak to a manager I am still waiting for a call. I have never received such terrible service and will not recommend this to anyone.
