STAY AWAY!! Nightmare from the beginning.
<p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Hello,<br />I would like to report a disgusting compan, wish I could do this over again!</p> <p>We were relocating from Richmond KZN to Bellville Western Cape now end of this month - September my husband was going to fly to Cape Town and only arrive there the 2th of October. Jessica said for the truck to be there on the second they will need to collect our furniture the 23th September, Friday, she said the truck will collect our furniture on Friday go back to DBN and then leave on Sunday.<br />Where we stayed it is quite a stip hill to go up and we did tell here numerous times and she said we must not worry the truck will be able to go up.</p> <p>The truck arrived and he couldn't get up the hill he tried twice then my husband had to phone people and make a plan after waiting +- a hour and a half / 2 hours, they got a land cruiser to pull the truck up. When they got greathearted loading our furniture. the handling there of the boxes was okay. When they were done and ready to go the truck one fuel tank ran empty!!! We again had to got people to get the fuel in the correct tank.<br />A quote was given to us of about R18240.00 and we paid in full upfront.</p> <p>On Monday we phoned Jessica and asked if the furniture is all good and save,she said yes.</p> <p>Wednesday, 28th September 08:59 AM the driver - ********** 012 phoned me and asked me when will we be able to collect our furniture I was so shocked!! I can't believe it I told him we arranged for the furniture to be collected the 23th September so that it will be in Cape Town the 2th of October as my husband will only be in Cae Town then. My husband found Jessica and asked her what is going on she was all confused and said that doesn't sound right she will phone him back, she never phoned we the phoned her just after 4 o'clock and signal was not good, we could hear her but our line was bad, she said the truck is there and they will wait till Sunday as arranged, then she couldn't hear us and I quote her: "Hello!! Hellllloooo! Hello ag for f#c8sakes!!! and she hanged up.</p> <p>Today my husband went to the storage place all excited to get our furniture and when the started to take out the furniture it was a nightmare! (Please see attached photo's) Our dinning room tables leg is broken and the 1 guy said they got it like that!! Shocking, shocking!!<br />Our furniture and dishes were scratched and broken. <br />It is disgusting that Classic Removals have total disregard for their customer's satisfaction or for ethical business practice's.<br />I wish that I has researched them thoroughly first, now that I Google them see all the complains from other people agreeing with me it is unbelievable that the company is still running and that Jessica is actually still working there!<br />I need you guys to get back to me and give me a solution!!!!!<br />Our dog kennel is not there????? That's all we can see now i really hope that you will have a explanation for that!!!<br />This is allllllll our furniture we had, we work extremely hard for it and now one company comes and ruins it!<br /><br /></p> <p>I have taken photo's the one box that was stateted clearly with arrows and writting has paint all over it!</p>
