There was a number of irregularities with my mother's move from Bloemfontein to Johannesburg in September. Let me try and summarise below.<br> 1. First my mother received a very low quote from Mandy Bentley<br> 2. The quote did not include vital furniture such as the bedrooms<br> 3. My mother requested another quote after supplying a full inventory list, which she subsequently received and accepted<br> 4. The furniture was loaded, upon which we received a second invoice from the abovementioned employee, for \additional volume"used.<br> 5. I queried it with Bentley on numerous occasions"
