Lost antique dressing table

My furniture was in storage at classic removals for about 2 years whilst I was staying with my sister in JHB. As my dad passed away in December I decided that I would find a place for me and my mom in JHB and asked classic removals to transport my stored goods as well as my mom's goods from her house in Durban. When the truck eventually arrived at our new place we noticed that my mom's antique dressing table which has been in her family for 80 years was missing. The driver said that he didn't know what happened and would try to find it. After numerous emails to classic removals requesting an explanation, we have had no response whatsoever. We also found that two paintings and numerous smaller items were missing. How it is possible to misplace a huge dressing table is totally beyond me. What is most upsetting though is that all enquiries have fallen on deaf ears.
