goods delivered in shoddy manner

Thursday, 5th November Classic Removals moved my goods from Phoenix, Durban to Westville, Durban. This was a late evening delivery. The removal team just dumped all my belongings that were packed in boxes in a very haphazard way. Boxes were toppled over. My husband phoned and emailed pics to the sales person Jessica. We were assured that someone will come around to reset. Now my husband has been told that no one will be coming to sort out this mess and to let them know if there are any damages. This is meant to be a professional removal company that charges a lot for removals. I have taken pictures which I do hope to add onto this complaint.
