Disturbing customer service

My wife and i have relocated from Johannesburg to Sheffield Ballito and have used Classic removals to transport our furniture . On arrival of our furniture to our horror we noticed that our hifi system (Home entertainment system ) has been ****** and not delivered with a few completely damaged items of furniture .We have been in contact with Michelle who we started this whole contract with . 4 days later and still no solution to our problem . I have left a number of msg for louis de sousa to contact me in this regard as i have not received any positive feedback .and have not received a call back from him , further more I paid R1000.00 for insurance on top of my R7000.00 quote that has been paid in full.this is unacceptable service my wife and I have received.not to mention the bad name that this gives to companies that are linked to Classic removals.
