danaged lounge suite

I have a leather reclining lounge suite. I dismantled it for easier carrying. They put it together when loading the truck to take it to their storage depot. Since then the reclining mechanisms do not work properly. One does not work at all and something has collapsed in the seat section. They manhandled it even when off loading it. The suite was perfect before the move now it creaks and the reclining mechanism have become difficult and stiff to operate.
