Classic Removals poor service delivery

I relocated to Durban in early April, classic removals gave the best price and promises only to be a big disappointment. the truck got to my house to collect the furniture only at midnight on the Friday, my furniture was standing in the driveway in the damp & mist. the delivery was on the Monday again the truck only got there after 6pm. my furniture was wet and miff, all my boxes marked GLASS FRAGILE were packed underneath all the heavier boxes and literally squashed, I haven't unpacked yet as I have to move again from the rented place.<br> all my emails and phone calls have been un answered to resolve my complaint. on delivery they also wanted more cash as they said the inventory was incorrect and the load was more. I complained as they wanted to charge me more than double the rate for the original load, they came to a compromise on the amount but would not off load the truck until I had paid the amount. the director would not even take any of my call. they got my money now don't respond to me at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is moving house. I'm also in the service industry and Classic Removals don't know the meaning of service. just take your money & run
