Chasing money and not customer service.

This company must be the biggest ********s in the removals business. Their sales representative Mandy Beantly was all so nice and helpful until they were fully paid. I reported that some of things were damaged after the removals in July 2014 and up until now I am still waiting for Mandy to get back to me. They were paid just over 23k for removals and insurance and yet do not want to replace the things they damaged just due to pure negligence. My son's chest of drawers is practically collapsing due to the damage they caused to it and up until now I am still waiting for them to attend to it. They did not even bother to come and inspect the damage but I am not surprised as it was just a clear message that they couldn't care less about my problems and had no intention of replacing my stuff. The biggest mistake I made was choosing them as a service provider, they are a bunch of ********s. but I must say their staff is well trained in deception and management is always conveniently unavailable when you want to lay a complaint.
