bad workmanship

I used classic removals service when I was moving my furniture to storage. I am only receiving my furniture today such bad workmanship. My dresses with the most delicate material are mixed with shoes my most expensive bedding put in the same box as chemicals. I do not think the stains on the bedding will ever go. As if that was not enough , they were told on the day to not pack food and cleaning chemicals but they went ahead and did the opposite now I have kitchen utensils that have been spilled on and have started to rust. All the promises on their web site is just a front.
