wrong and damaged part

I ordered a honda crv aircon compressor. I paid for it. When the mechanic looked at it it was damaged. According to another source the part is for a honda jazz and not a crv. They do no reply to my emails. It has been a three days since I reported the problem and I have not even received a call from them
