PURCHASING OF KOMBI SUB ASSEMBLY MARCH 2016

<p>Our Kombi's enjine overheated and Classic Motors told us that they have one and could assist us after making all the payments and necessary paperwork the "sub assembly" was couriered to our certified VW mechanic. When it arrived it was not the part we requested at all they send motor and not Sub Assemby as requested. It took a few months and then they send us another one that was totally s****ped and since then I have been trying to get refunded on this motor and up to date it is all excuses. I have forward all my detail via email and contacted them I do not even have count on that but with no help. I asked them to contact me they never do. Please people do not support them I am still battling to get my refund. Their accounts department only opened the end of January I am still waiting.</p>
