Proceeding to legal actions

After my last report about Classic Motor's North, they have received their diff back that they sent me that was wrong, I was promised that the refund would be in on the 23 December (21 days waiting period). Today is the 27th and I still have not been refunded. When the new year is here and I can get a lawyer I am now proceeding with Legal Action as well as opening a theft case against them at the police. I'm suing for all cost involved.
