Pathetic service

Since my last report on Hello Peter, Classic Motors (Melissa) let me know that they can not find me the correct diff and that they would refund me (this was last week Wednesday), she asked that I send her my banking details. I have been calling them like crazy again to find out when the refund will take place. Yesterday I was told that the Manager was in Vryheid and he as to authorize the payment, but that he would be there that afternoon and proof of payment would be send. I still have nothing, tried calling today and was first told that Melissa is not coming in today, then they quickly said no she will be there this afternoon. But the guy who answered the phone was unable to provide me with the managers telephone number, he is just answering the phone today!
