incorrectly supp**** faulty engine and much more

<p>Ok to start off with I ordered the motor on the 29th November 2016.</p> <p>Made payment on 13th December 2016. I then waited till the new year to fetch the motor as it was then the festive season and my mechanics were closed for Christmas, I didn’t want this to interfere with the 30 day start up guarantee that they give.</p> <p> </p> <p>I Collected the motor upon exchange of my Ford Focus ST motor on 26th January 2017, I Sent the motor back as it was not turning on the 3rd of February and it was received by them on the 7th of February 2017. They then sent me that very same motor back on the 7th of February and then we received it the 8th of February 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 8th of February 2017 we noticed that this motor that they have sent us is in fact the wrong motor as it does not fit in with the parts for my car for e.g., plastic covers, gearbox, turbo, alternators etc..</p> <p>Not only is it the wrong motor that they sent back but the very same faulty motor we returned to them in the first place as we discovered through the engine numbers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Right through this process, they do not return phone calls AT ALL!!! and they are full of empty promises. I have dealty with Mellisa (pathetic Service) Khan (pathetic service) and you can never get hold of the owner Muhammmad</p> <p> </p> <p>I eventually went through the motor industry ombudsman process and upon completion of this process at the end of march 2017 ,they ordered Classic motors to supply me the correct working motor at no further cost to me within 15 days or my money back. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN!</p> <p> </p> <p>I then took it upon myself in May 2017 and paid out of my pocket the return truck transportation and bus ticket between JHB and Durban to resolve this matter. I personally delivered there engine as they sent it to me to collect my original engine which was an exchange unit, and my refund. I did recieve my refund on that day and they did take there engine back however i only recieved half my engine back with no cylinder head full assembly and piston conrod and bearings gone. They stripped it for spares and sold it and took no responsiblity for the missing parts, they only gave me back what they had left over</p> <p> </p> <p>Un acceptable, absolutely un acceptable!!!!! This whole transaction was a complete ball ache and missery !!!</p> <p> </p>
