Diesel engine starter

On 30 May 2017, Classic Motors responded to an ad I placed on parts finder. I was looking for a starter for my Fiat Punto 1.3 Diesel as I asked in ad. Classic Motors responded that they have one. When the starter arrived at my premises we found it was a petrol engine starter that was send. They said they would locate the proper starter. I returned their wrong starter on the 17 August 2017 at my own cost. I could no longer wait on them and purchased a new starter from FIAT. Classic Motors have been promising that they would pay the funds to me. I have made numerous calls and sent emails but they have not returned the funds. The total amount I've spend are R1976.50.
