When backyard mechanics become hairdressers

Absolute *******. My fiancée went there after recieving a quotation of around R800 for a cut and highlights. While the work was being carried out she raised concerns about dye being patchy. She was also not consulted about additional costs incurred during the process. As my fiancée is soft spoken and does not enjoy confrontation, she decided to pay and walk away even though she clearly was not happy with the end result. She came home in a state after what should have been a positive, confidence boosting experience. After being conned out of R1380 and what looks like a backyard mechanic trying to be a hairdresser I do not recommend this to anyone. Overcharging and pulling off work the customer may not be happy about is no way to behave. Your company has until Tuesday to contact me for corrective action or I will take this further on principal alone.
