RUDE, SELFISH AND UNPROFESSIONAL

I booked my trail and wedding party with them. On the day of my trail they canceled claiming i was late for my appointment. After confronting them wirh the booked appointment times they had mailed to me, they refused to own up to their mistake furthermore proceeding to shout at me stating they have 900 customers a month were we cant even be 15 minutes late. Bare in mind i was not late my time slot was a hour away. He made it very clear he doesnt care about the customer than stated they domt want anything to do with my wedding that is less than a week away. This is the rudest and unprofessional treatment i have ever experienced. They would rather throw thousand of rand back in my face than admit they made a mistake. It is unfortunate that my grandmother was a regular customer and Wil not return. But after my conversation on the phone with them they made it clear they don't care about anyone but them selves not even loyal customers.

I will never support or speak good abouth this Salon and im glad to state i found a better salon to help me with much more professional and kind poeple that didnt overcharge me as Hilomes did.
