i bought a groupon voucher for a brazilian blow out ,I was really disappointed. I was told if a bought the After care product which I must say is quiet expensive it will be guarantee and The Brazilian will last. I follow all the steps but the Brazilian did not even last a week .tried contacting the owner Mitra and email her with no response ,i called with false name enquiring about something she then took my call and was told i must come to the salon and sheo will re do my brazilian blow out .I drove about 45 min to get to her salon as i live on the east rand ,once i got there she attackled me verbally telling im liying and my hair was damage from colour ,which i didnt color ,only before my brazilian ,she is rude and aggresive and told me if she has to redo my hair i must sig a form to state she holds no responsiblity if my hair falls ,as im not an hairdresser i was afriad to take chance and seeing the type of person i was dealing i was sure she would do something .she then literaly chase me out of her salon ,telling me my hair is perfect and she a proffesional .Sadly i didnot do proper research on this salon ,as i assumed that she was situated at a reputable hotel and groupon<br>
