****** attitude, burnt scalp,owner dont care

bought daddys deals for Brazilian with cut for myself and 2 family members.tried to contact owner to book appointment via phone and email with no returns and only when I demanded did I get a response.arrived at salon and I know that not all salons can afford tea or water or coffee but a smile costs nothing.staff Sammy and cecila were rude and demanded expiry date of my voucher -why when it is booked?my mum was with me and she was not even offered a chair.Sammy basically ignored us except to demand expiry date.White lady came in and the 2 staff practically fell over themselves to offer her a chair with a foot rest and no question of expiry on her voucher.Cecila ironed my hair and burnt my scalp.she did not even apologise until I asked for ice and then she acted like I was asking her for a favour and then tried to iron the burnt spot again!!Sammy did not even know how to cut hair,she only knew a bob style.hair was curling again next day.contacted owner mitra numerous times and only when I threatened newspapers did she contact me to say I am wrong about product and staff-still no apology.daddys deals too has remained silent on this matter after numerous attempts to get refunds.
