False advertising

About 3 weeks back I went to classic hair and beauty after having purchased a daddy's deal voucher for a Brazilian blowout. Firstly my voucher stated that it included a cut but I did not receive a cut. The lady just washed my hair and slathered on some product. Thereafter maybe an hour later the owner came through and straightened my hair. She was very rude in her approach and the way she spoke.

Needless to say after two days my blowout washed out and my hair was back to normal and in fact thinner and more damaged. even after using the recommended sulfate free shampoo etc. The salon was very quick to take the extra surcharge of R200 for my hair being below shoulder length but did not fulfill exactly what was in the voucher. The owner mitra even made me sign on the voucher that they are not responsible even if the blowout washes out. This is because she knew it would! I'm not sure what **** products they are using but please do not purchase a voucher for this salon. This is just a money making scheme. Pathetic service. Pathetic products. I do not recommend anybody visit this salon.
