CLASSIC DRIVING SCHOOL-PHOENIX PLAZA RUNNING ****

Classic driving school advertised a package for 30 lessons in a newspaper.I was told that i had to pay a deposit of R500 in order to qualify and that i was paying for 30 1 hour lessons.When i went there i was billed for 30 half an hour lessons.My husband saw this when he looked at the receipt.Even though they did not inform me of this before hand it was still cheaper than other driving schools.I decided to start going for lessons.The car that they gave me to drive was badly in need of repairs.The tapids caused the car to shake while even the instructor drove it.I have went for lessons previously before my learners license had expired and have never had any problems like this.The clutch pedal was to high for me and i wanted them to change the car,i called in every day for a whole week and received no response for the many messages that i had left.Eventually i decided to ask for a refund.My husband went in to the office and was promised that in a weeks time he would receive the balance of the money from the deposit we had paid.We received a call that it was going to be delivered the last week Friday,it has not been delivered since.We were told the same thing the next day.Bad service!
