Classic Driving School are *******

On the 20th Dec I was walking pass the Classic Driving School office and looking at the advert on the glass when a lady by the name of Rosy from inside called us to explain the package the package sounded good so myself and my wife put down R150 deposit each, 15 minutes later we went back to get our money as we need to buy formula for our child, the lady had advised that the boss Akesh came and collected the money and went away. When we called Akesh he told us to come the next day and collect the money as he is far away on holiday, the next day we went the we was advised that we have to pay 20% penalty for asking for a refund.<br> We were told that the bookkeepers are on leave and we must wait. its been 3 weeks since and yet no response, had called Akesh and was advised to sms him my details so he can check up but has not gotten back to us this happened on the 02nd Jan, now when we call them they cut our calls or don't answer them.<br> We requested a refund in 15 minutes since payment and I do not believe I should be paying a penalty as it was under 24 hours that we claimed since payment. I expect to get my full R300 back or I will take this matter to court. Classic Driving School Lies!!
