Unsafe quality and bad service!

Ordered a bunk bed. Chased them for delivery for weeks. Bed came in the wrong colour, chased them again for weeks for next delivery, items were delivered in the wrong colour again. (Pink and then purple and I have boys)

The quality is what worries me the most - they delivered a bunk bed with a thin piece if chipboard supporting the top mattress. It creaked and bowed when you pushed your hand on it. I refused to let my child sleep on the top bed or risk being hurt in the bed below.

I feel bad for the guys that work there - the guys that delivery and install were helpful - but it doesn’t help when they arrive with a purple/pink bed - or pieces of chipboard that look nothing like what the images/specs on their website advertise.

I feel really frustrated and sad - what was meant to be an exciting time for my kids to transition to ‘big boy’ beds became a nightmare.
