******* taking money and not refunding it

I bought a bed frame that my daughter send that she wanted on the 12 Dec, on the 13 Dec my daughter said she send me the wrong bed she wanted. On the 13 Dec I cancelled the order and requested a refund. They don’t respond to mails or calls and the sales lady Jessica details on the invoice is so rude because it is her personal phone. No action and no money has been received. I have opened a case of theft against them as this has been more than 1 1/2 month now. Don’t buy from them.
