Terrible Service

I ordered a bunk bed in Apr after communicating with Tanaka. Very kind and approachable up until the payment. Requested that the bed be delivered by mid Jun latest and was assured this will happen. To date no bed, no refund and no communication. I refuse to accept that I willingly gave R16000 to this company. Their monthly email of delay in their order processing is useless and has not been reassuring to me. I want my money back or I'm opening a case against Classic Designs.
